Step 1: Design and Business Proposal

After you express your desire for a website, our professional designers will create a website design for your company based on your needs. If you already have a design in mind or like to develop your website like any other website which you like, we will create your website design like that. We will send you a business proposal with a future design of your website with all the pricing, technical and time schedule information.

Step 2: Contract

Once you are completely satisfied with the design, we will send you two copies of official signed and notarized contracts with a self-addressed priority mail envelope. You will sign the contracts and will return it one of those back to us with the following information (if applicable):

• BlueLine Questionnaire (You will receive this questionnaire with the contract)
  
• Price or Product List
  
• Catalog

Step 3: Development

The day we receive your contract and other information, BlueLine will assign your project to programmers and project manager. We will provide you a weekly status or as per your desire to let you know the progress of the project. You will be given a hotline phone number for your project contact. A live assistant will be available on this number from 8:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. from Monday till Friday to answer any question you will have about your project.

Step 4: Website Review

Once the website is completed, we will put it on the Internet under BlueLine domain name and you will be able to review it from your computer. Though we are confident that once you will see your website, you will be completely in love with it, but based on your feedback, we will make all the changes accordingly. Once you will be completely satisfied with the website, we will put it on the Internet under your own domain name. We will give you two month free code and website guarantee, which means that we will fix any problem that you may find within those two months for free of charge.

Step 5: Marketing

BlueLine does not just hand over the website to the owner and leave. We provide free marketing program to our customers. This program includes:

• Monthly submission of your website to all the major search engines. Since some of these search engines do not list your website right away, we submit your website to these search engines every month.
  
• A marketing tool to generate the best keywords and Meta Tags for your website.
  
• A marketing tool to send free newsletters to your customers
  
• A free marketing banner and lots of other stuff.

Since we specialize in website marketing, we work with our clients and give them free of charge marketing advises. We will also provide you a list of companies where your website can be advertised and will work with them on your behalf to advertise your website.

Step 6: Future Support

BlueLine will give you two-month free support. By free support, we mean that if our customers contact us with any question regarding any of the features, or have any how-to question, we will reply their inquiries as soon as possible with the answer. Any additional enhancement is not included in this. After the two month period you will have two choices to support your website. If you would like to support your website by yourself, we will give you a small and very easy to use maintenance solution for free of charge. If you would like BlueLine to support your website, we will charge a per hour fee. This support will include adding, modifying or deleting your products from the website as well as replying to any of your queries.
