BlueLine is so confident with its work that it
gives all the clients three months code guarantee
free of charge. After a website goes live, if
a client finds any bug on the site, BlueLine will
fix it free of charge for three months.
Three months of FREE support:
BlueLine will support the website for free of
charge for three months. By
free support, we mean that if our customers contact
us with any question regarding any of the features,
or have any how-to question, we will reply their
inquiries as soon as possible with the answer.
Any additional enhancement is not included in
this. After 3 months if customer wants
BlueLine to support the website for additional
months, an hourly fee will be charged.
BlueLine will provide a website maintenance solution
to its client so that clients can support the
website if they choose to do so. The solution
includes the following:
Database Update Methods through a very
easy to use Control Panel:
Clients will be able to access the database
through a control panel from a web browser.
Clients will be able to modify, delete and add
new items by directly updating this database.
Clients will also have the option of keeping
spreadsheets with all the products or service
information and just import that spreadsheet
straight to the database. BlueLine will
give a free of charge tutorial to the user for
performing these functions. BlueLine will also
give three months of code guarantee to the customers.
During the first three month, BlueLine will
fix any code bug for free of charge. Additional
enhancements are not included in this.
FTP solution:
BlueLine will provide an FTP solution, which
will allow clients to access all the production
files. User will enter username and password
and will be able to view his/her files on the
server. To modify any text of an existing page,
user will open a file in MS FrontPage (or in
some cases MS Word) and will make modifications.
