BlueLine works through a unique iteration based model. BlueLine will provide a free-of-charge prototype to its customers.

  • Project manager will meet with the customers on site to gather the requirements, define scope of the project and acquire on site customer knowledge. Customer sign off on the requirement document will be obtained.

  • Milestones and phases of the project will be identified by the project management team.

  • At this point the requirements will be finalized through technical team. Development team will be formed to work on that specific project and the team will work under the supervision of the project manager.

  • Development office will do the programming, system testing, unit testing and documentation.

  • Customers will be notified regarding the status on a daily/weekly/biweekly basis depending on the customer preference. A web repository for coding will be used. Project manager as well as customers will have access to it to see the progress of the project.

  • After the application development is complete, the development team will transfer the application through a secured web link to test servers.

  • BlueLine's onsite team will install the application on customer site.
